Confirm your listing every 30 days. Confirming moves your listing back to the top. If it goes unconfirmed, we send a reminder at 45 days, and the listing may be made inactive at 60 days.

With an active Available Office Listing, you can also respond directly to Offices Wanted Listings posted by attorneys looking for space that matches yours.
Our update process helps keep listings current.
Every 30 days, each lister receives a one-click email asking whether the listing is still available. Confirming returns the listing to the top of the results. If a lister does not respond, we send a reminder at day 45, and the listing may be made inactive at day 60.
Something look wrong? Every listing carries a Report Listing link. We never tell the advertiser where a report came from, and we look at every one.
A self-service platform for direct connections
LookingForSpace is a self-service platform for direct professional connections. For connections made through the platform, LFS does not represent either party and does not negotiate on either party’s behalf. We do not guarantee responses or outcomes.
LFS will help at no charge with using the platform, preparing listing content, and understanding general market conditions. That help does not include representing either party, negotiating between the parties, or providing legal advice.
Professional, direct, and relevant
Communication on the platform is expected to be professional and direct. No spam or mass outreach. No misleading claims. Messages should be relevant to the listing or the stated need.
Not a law firm? Your space may still qualify.
Lawyers sometimes can comfortably rent offices in accounting, financial or professional firms with a quiet working environment and conference room access. Non-attorney firms are welcome, and must accurately identify their profession when registering.
What does it cost?
No upfront listing fee. Searchers never pay. The Host pays a Success Fee equal to one month’s rent when a LookingForSpace introduction results in a signed sublease, license, or lease. There are no other fees. See the Fees page and Terms of Service for how one month’s rent is calculated.
