We wish to sublet one or two beautiful offices to an attorney that would like to share space in a Midtown boutique law firm.  We are located on the 24th floor of 767 Third Avenue at 48th Street and both available offices have great light and beautiful Manhattan views.

The suite has a large, shared conference room, 1 workstation per office, and a windowed pantry.  We offer a very nice working environment and are sensitive to the current office market.  The offices can be furnished, or you can bring your own furniture with you.
