It is hard to be original. Listing sites abound, and there are plenty of real estate bloggers, and plenty of places to place classified ads.  But, never have all these things been available in one place to benefit Tenants and Agents, in a way that actively boosts your search engine visibility.

LookingForSpace.com allows Agents to promote their listings and broadcast their market thoughts in a blog format.  It also allows Agents to come into direct contact with Tenants when they post their Wants/Needs, to get answers from the commercial real estate community. [Tenants can choose to remain anonymous until they wish to disclose their identity.]

We offer 3 distinct yet symbiotic methods for Agents to reach Tenants, and Tenants to reach Agents.  The format is oriented for all aspects of the CRE community where individuals wish to promote themselves and their services, or express their wants/needs.

We have tried to make our format effective yet easy to use.  I’m sure there will be a few bumps along the way as we learn how to serve you best and most efficiently.  We have tried to make the services as inexpensive as possible and we understand that paid posting of listings and blogs might be a new concept for many Agents – but it is the model that makes the most sense to us.  We think that users should pay for advertising and promotion of commercial space, and that all site visitors should have that content available for free.  Further, when it comes to responding to Tenant Wants/Needs, we charge a separate $10 fee which is plowed right back in to promoting the content online.

LookingForSpace.com hosts a community of Commercial Real Estate Professionals, Tenants and Landlords.  Our objective is to insure that everyone who uses the service benefits, and that our enterprise operates in a completely transparent fashion – equally available to all.  In the (we hope unlikely) event you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, your fee will be refunded without question.
