It is really quite simple, because we’ve become a nexus of interest in individual offices and office suites for sublease by Attorneys. So, if you’re a Law Firm with space to dispose of, all you’ve got to do is enter your listing (or ask us to do it for you), and other Attorneys will respond to your ad and call or Email you directly. We offer the promotional solution to your space availability broadcasting needs – and our audience is primarily Attorneys.

We offer 3 Levels of Service
Level 1 – Do It Yourself ($45 for a 45-day Listing)
- You enter your listing information and space photographs
- You receive all telephone calls and Emails
- You show your space to prospective subtenants
- You negotiate the terms and conditions of your sublease
Level 2 – A Little Help. ($90 for a 45-day Listing)
- We photograph your space and enter the listing for you
- We optimize the content of your listing for search engine visibility
- We will develop and manage an optional pay per click advertising campaign on Google [at additional cost, but you set the budget] to compliment your listing and draw additional direct traffic
- You receive all telephone calls and Emails
- You show your space to prospective subtenants
- You negotiate the terms and conditions of your sublease
Level 3 – We Do It All For You (Fee only on Success = 1 month rent)
- We receive and respond to all phone calls and Emails
- We show your space to prospective tenants
- We negotiate the terms and conditions of your sublease (as you specify)
- We photograph your space and enter the listing for you
- We optimize the content of your listing for search engine visibility
- We will develop and manage an optional pay per click advertising campaign on Google [at additional cost, but you set the budget] to compliment your listing and draw additional direct traffic
- If you rent your space to a friend or associate on your own (to someone who did not respond through our website), our fee in this case is reduced to $90 (plus the cost of the optional pay per click advertising campaign)
