TENANTS, please enter your individual office listing data on the form below.
Alternately you can Email your listing flyer to us, fax it to 212 986 9875, or call our office at 212 986 9100 and we’ll enter it for you over the phone.
Your listing will be optimized so you can be found on the Net. We will add appropriate meta tags, page titles and descriptions for you. Additionally, all new listings will appear on our home page, in random rotating order.
After you enter the listing data, we will send you a billing statement for payment by Paypal or Google Checkout, whichever you prefer. You can pay securely by credit card using either of these reputable services, or you can mail us a check. We do not receive or store any of your credit card information. Your listing will go “live” within 3 business hours of your payment.

Level 2 – Get On Site Professional Help________________________ $90.00 for a 45-day listing

- We optimize your listing and photographs for Search Engine Visibility
- We upload your listing and photographs to the website and it will appear in random rotation on the Home Page of LookingForSpace.com
- You receive and respond to all telephone calls and E-mails (up to 3 contacts can be specified on the listing)
- You show your space and negotiate with potential subtenants.
Level 3 – Add A Google Adwords Pay Per Click Campaign_____________$140 for a 45-day listing
(Plus Pay Per Click ad fees as billed by Google)
(Plus $45 per month for each additional office)
- Get all the benefits of Level 2, and give your listing pinpoint accuracy by adding a paid advertising campaign in Google search results (these are the small ads that appear above and to the right of the natural search results on Google. When you place these ads, you pay only when someone “clicks” on it — and you can specify the exact budget you are willing to spend overall, and per click).
- As an option for added visibility, we will implement & manage your Google Pay Per Click advertising campaign while your listing runs on our site. There is no markup – we bill you exactly what Google charges. Our execution and management fee is the extra $50 you pay for level 3 service.
- ADWORDS EXPLAINED: We bill you exactly what Google charges us, and you see Google’s statement for your ad
- AdWords are displayed along with search results when someone searches Google using one of the keywords we have tuned your ad to. This is an ad that links directly to your listing when someone clicks on it. It augments the “natural search” functions provided by our service. This way you are advertising to an audience that is inherently interested in your listing. You only pay for the service when someone clicks on your Google ad. See: Google Adwords Explained
- You can turn AdWords off at any time (usually with a 1-week lag before charges for clicks are completely suspended by Google)
- We will send you a full report on how many people “clicked” on your ad – and when they clicked. This is a copy of your ad’s dashboard that comes directly from Google and explains how your ad money was expended.
- We will refund 100% of any unused funds you have paid in advance, after your listing and ad campaign expires.
